Identity Keeper’s Early Alert™ also provides you with the option of updating your personal information for enhanced monitoring by providing us with more information about you. Obviously, the more we know the better we can protect you. Regardless of whether or not you update your information, you are protected with Identity Keeper.

Here’s how to set up Identity Keeper’s Early Alert™ for Enhanced Monitoring through our secure website.

Log into “Manage My Account” function on our secure website at https://identitykeeper.privacysolutions.com and update your account at any time by providing us with more personally identifiable information which will help us provide you with more protection. Just enter your group number and membership number as they appear in your Welcome Email along with your zip code. And click on the “Manage My Account” button.

Once your identity is confirmed and your confidential information is entered, the Identity Keeper Early Alert™ System is updated for enhanced monitoring capability so that once any changes to your address and/or telephone number are detected, Identity Keeper’s Early Alert™ is able to issue a warning by email, phone and/or PDA, and through a designated emergency contact number if one has been provided.
